These Terms & Policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all clients while allowing us to provide the highest standard of care. By booking an appointment with BASSAGE Body & Mind, you agree to the following terms.

Booking a Treatment

Appointments can be booked online through our Acuity Scheduling platform.To make future bookings easier, you may be asked to create a free account. This only needs to be done once.A 50% deposit is required to secure all studio appointments. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is payable immediately after your treatment.For Premium Mobile Massage appointments, please contact us directly for availability and a personalised quotation. Mobile bookings may require full payment in advance depending on the location and duration of the treatment.

Health Consultation

All clients are required to complete a Health Consultation Form before their first appointment and whenever their health circumstances change.It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding:medical conditionsmedicationsallergiespregnancyrecent surgery or injuriesBotox, fillers, or cosmetic proceduresany other health concerns that may affect your treatmentFailure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused or modified for your safety.

Preparing for Your Treatment

To help you enjoy the best possible experience, we recommend that you:Arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.Stay well hydrated before and after your treatment.Avoid heavy meals for at least one hour beforehand.Avoid excessive alcohol or recreational drugs before your appointment.Shower if possible, particularly after exercise or work.Wear comfortable clothing.Turn your phone to silent before entering the treatment room.Use the restroom before your appointment.Inform your therapist of any changes to your health since your last visit.Allow yourself time to relax and enjoy your treatment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment through your Acuity Scheduling account.Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of the deposit.This policy also applies to:No-showsForgotten appointmentsLate cancellationsSame-day rescheduling requestsDue to limited appointment availability, deposits are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Late Arrivals

Please allow sufficient travel time.If you arrive:Up to 10 minutes late: your treatment will finish at the original scheduled time.More than 15 minutes late: your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.Whenever possible we will try to accommodate you, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Mobile Appointments

Please ensure:adequate parking is available where possible;a quiet, safe, and clean treatment space is provided;sufficient room is available for the massage table.If the environment is considered unsuitable or unsafe, the therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment.

Personal Belongings

Clients remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.While every reasonable effort will be made to return lost property, BASSAGE Body & Mind cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.Unused treatments remaining after the expiry date cannot be refunded or extended.Packages are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased online or in person.Unless otherwise stated:valid for 3 months from the purchase date;non-refundable;non-transferable;cannot be exchanged for cash;must be redeemed before the expiry date.Lost, expired, or unused vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Treatment Suitability

BASSAGE Body & Mind reserves the right to decline or modify any treatment where it is considered unsafe or medically inappropriate.This may include, but is not limited to:contagious illnessesfevercertain medical conditionsintoxicationrecent surgerycontraindications identified during consultationClient safety will always take priority.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.Deposits are refundable only where cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the appointment.Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 3–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.Completed treatments, treatment packages already started, and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

BASSAGE Body & Mind is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment where there is:abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour;harassment of staff;intoxication;failure to comply with health and safety requirements;behaviour that places the therapist or other clients at risk.In such circumstances, charges may still apply.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices and treatment durations may change without prior notice.
