These Terms & Policies have been created to provide every client with a safe, professional, and seamless experience while maintaining the highest standard of care. By booking an appointment with BASSAGE Body & Mind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Booking a Treatment

Studio appointments can be booked online through our Acuity Scheduling platform. You may be asked to create a free account to simplify future bookings; registration is required only once. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, and your booking will be confirmed once payment has been received. The remaining balance is due immediately after your treatment. For Premium Mobile Massage appointments, please contact us directly to check availability and receive a personalised quotation. Full payment may be required in advance, depending on the location and treatment duration.

Health Consultation

Before your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a Health Consultation Form. Please inform us of any changes to your health before future treatments. This includes medical conditions, medication, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery or injuries, Botox, fillers, cosmetic procedures, or any other concerns that could affect your treatment. Providing accurate and complete information helps us tailor your treatment safely. If relevant health information is not disclosed, we may need to modify or decline the treatment.

Preparing for Your Treatment

For a comfortable and relaxing experience, please arrive 5–10 minutes early and allow enough time to settle in before your treatment. Drink plenty of water, avoid heavy meals for at least one hour beforehand, and do not consume excessive alcohol or use recreational drugs before your appointment. Please shower where possible, especially if arriving after work or exercise, and wear comfortable clothing. Before entering the treatment room, silence your phone and use the restroom if needed. Let your therapist know about any recent changes to your health, injuries, or medication, then take the time to unwind and enjoy your treatment.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled through your Acuity Scheduling account up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. This policy also applies to no-shows, forgotten appointments, late cancellations, and same-day rescheduling requests. Due to limited appointment availability, deposits are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Late Arrivals

Please allow sufficient travel time. If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, your treatment will still finish at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. We will try to accommodate late arrivals whenever possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Studio Location

BASSAGE Body & Mind is located at 56A Salusbury Road, Queen’s Park, London NW6 6NN. The nearest stations are Queen’s Park Underground and Brondesbury Park Overground. Parking is available along Salusbury Road and the surrounding streets; please check local parking restrictions before your appointment.

Mobile Appointments

For mobile appointments, please ensure that adequate parking is available where possible, a quiet, safe, and clean treatment space is provided, and there is sufficient room for the massage table. If the environment is considered unsuitable or unsafe, the therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. While every reasonable effort will be made to return lost property, BASSAGE Body & Mind cannot be held responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages must be paid for in full at the time of purchase and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date cannot be refunded or extended. Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased online. They are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed before the expiry date. Lost, expired, or unused vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Treatment Suitability

BASSAGE Body & Mind reserves the right to decline or modify any treatment where it is considered unsafe or medically inappropriate. This may include, but is not limited to, contagious illnesses, fever, certain medical conditions, intoxication, recent surgery, or contraindications identified during consultation. Client safety will always take priority.

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours to give us the opportunity to resolve the matter. Deposits are refundable only when cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the appointment. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take 3–10 working days, depending on your payment provider. Completed treatments, treatment packages that have already started, and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Service

BASSAGE Body & Mind is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour, harassment of staff, intoxication, failure to comply with health and safety requirements, or any behaviour that places the therapist or other clients at risk. In such circumstances, charges may still apply.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices and treatment durations may change without prior notice.
