To book an appointment with us, you have several options. You can call us, send a WhatsApp message, send a message through our website or email us at contact@bassage.co.uk If you prefer to book online, you can do so through our website through Versum booking system.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less notice or do not show up for your appointment, we will not be able to refund your £80 deposit. We will also ask you to pay the full amount only if you won’t turn up to for your booking. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to ensure we can accommodate our other clients.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened out of consideration to the next client.

Payment

In order to confirm your appointment with us, we request a pre-payment of £80, which should be made 48 hours in advance. You can choose to pay the full amount at this time or the remaining balance can be settled before or after your treatment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, bank transfer and card payments.

Please note that if you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us 24 hours’ notice, we will require full payment for your next appointment 48 hours in advance. This policy is in place to ensure that our therapists are fairly compensated for their time and to minimize the impact of no-shows on our small business.

Gift Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers that can be purchased online and are valid for 12 months. To use a gift voucher, please present it with the voucher code before your treatment.

Therapists

Basha is a founder and main therapist but she also cooperates with therapist when the demand rise. We have female and male therapist. 

Pregnancy

Please ensure you inform our therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Health Conditions

When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. On the day of your treatment,  we will send you an online healthy consultation form   to ensure we are providing you with the very best service and results while assuring your comfort and safety.
